2 pkg. cornbread mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 can cream corn
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
Salt and garlic salt, sparingly!

Grease large iron skillet. Sprinkle a little cornmeal in bottom. Brown in oven. Pour in mix into skillet and bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until brown. Cool before cutting.
