COOL WHIP CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
2 (3 3/4 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
Coconut
Nuts
Fresh strawberries

Prepare cake mix as directed and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. While cake is baking, mix softened cream cheese, pudding and 3 cups milk. This mixture can be a little lumpy but try not to have too many big lumps of cream cheese.

Cool cake in pan. When cool pour crushed pineapple juice all over cake and spread evenly. Spread the pudding and cream cheese mixture on top of pineapple so it is completely sealed. Spread the Cool Whip on top of the pudding, again sealing to edge of pan. Sprinkle coconut and chopped nut on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with whole strawberries.
