1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 jars salsa (mild)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
Salt & pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Brown hamburger meat and onions. Drain. Mix cream of chicken soup, 2 jars of salsa and 1/4 cup of milk with taco seasoning package and simmer about 15 minutes. Place tortilla chips in bottom of casserole and layer the meat mixture on top and top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
