TACO MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. quick cooking rice
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Mix ground beef, onion, rice, egg and salt. Shape into balls and brown in skillet. Remove from skillet and place in casserole dish. Mix tomato sauce and taco seasoning and pour over meatballs. Bake 35 minutes at 350. Take from oven and pour cheese soup over top. Bake 15 minutes longer. This freezes well. Use as much of the taco seasoning as you desire--to your own taste.
