CRISPY WONTONS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced green onions
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Original Ranch dressing mix
6 doz. wonton skins
2 egg whites, beaten
Vegetable oil for deep frying
2 c. prepared ranch salad dressing

In large bowl, combine beef, pork, onions, cornstarch, soy sauce, and dry salad mix; stir well. Place a small mound of mixture in center of each wonton skin. With your fingers, rub a bit of egg white on top of 2 edges of wonton skin. Press skin together in half to form triangle, making sure skin is sealed on all sides. Place 2 long points of triangle on top of each other and seal with egg white. Deep fry until golden. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with prepared salad dressing for dipping.
