SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 c. cubed cooked beef
1 c. mixed cooked green vegetables
1 bay leaf
1/4 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. mashed potatoes
Melted butter
1/4 c. finely cut parsley
1 egg
Paprika

Grease casserole, pour beef into dish, drain vegetables, add to meat, crumbled bay leaf. Mix cream, salt, pepper and parsley into mashed potatoes, beat egg until light, fold into potato mixture, spread over meat and vegetables. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven or until top is brown.
