HAMBURGER SAUSAGE | |
5 lbs. hamburger 1/3 c. curing salt 2 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke 2 tsp. ground pepper seeds 2 tsp. mustard seeds 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix all ingredients in bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Divide into 8 equal parts. Make rolls. Bake 4 hours at 225 degrees on a rack. Remove from oven and wipe dry with a towel. May be frozen or keep in refrigerator. |
