TURKEY SKILLET 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen sliced carrots
4 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
1 c. water
4 oz. uncooked rotini
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook and stir ground turkey and onion in large skillet, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese on before serving.

Serves 4 to 6.
