TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 env. dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. water
1 can chili hot beans
1 med. head lettuce, bite-size pieces
1 lg. tomato, wedges
1 sm. onion in rings
1/2 c. ripe olives
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips (Fritos)

In skillet brown ground beef. Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat and stir in water and beans. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. In salad bowl, combine lettuce and rest of salad things. Spoon on meat. Top with corn chips.
