COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Combine first 6 ingredients, dip chicken in butter (set aside remaining butter). Roll in crumbs. Place in 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. To remaining butter add juice, onions, and parsley. Pour over baked chicken.
