STUFFED CABBAGE 
3 heads cabbage
3 lb. hamburg
4 c. cooked rice
3 onions
1 lb. salt pork
1 med. tomato paste
1 lb. bacon
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. vinegar

Boil cabbage, cool, cut core out, peel leaves off. Cook rice, lay out to cool. Fry chopped onion and chopped salt pork together.

Combine onions, pork, rice, tomato paste, uncooked hamburg and salt and pepper together. Grease roaster pan lightly. Roll meat mixture into cabbage leaves. Line roaster with leaves, stack rolls. Pour tomato sauce over top, put cider vinegar in sauce can to rinse and pour over top. Put bacon over top. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
