STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lb. hamburger, ground sirloin
1 med. head of cabbage
1 c. Minute Rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. vinegar

Scald cabbage, drain and separate into leaves. Cook rice. Mix rice, ground sirloin, onion, egg, water, salt, pepper. Put 1 tablespoons mixture on each cabbage leave. Roll and fasten with toothpicks. Place torn leaves on bottom of greased Dutch oven. Arrange cabbage rolls on leaves. Mix tomato soup and vinegar and enough water to cover stuffed cabbage. Cook on top of stove or bake in oven for 1 hour.
