STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lg. head cabbage (have big enough to wrap)

Steam to soften to wrap (bind).

1 lb. chopped meat (chicken or turkey as desired)
1 c. rice or (2 if you want more rice than meat)
1 egg
Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste
1 can lg. tomato soup (sauce can be used if desired)
3 strips bacon
2 tbsp. sugar
2 caps full vinegar

Precook rice; cool. Mix with meat, egg, salt and pepper, etc. Mix well. Place one cabbage leaf on your hand. Place in middle, roll leaf around it and roll. Place in pot close together. Add soup, bacon, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 caps full vinegar. Cook 1 hour or until meat is done.
