STUFFED CABBAGE
1 head cabbage
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. rice
2 eggs
1 sm. onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup

Steam cabbage, remove leaves. Mix sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and ketchup; set aside. Mix meat, rice, eggs and onion. Make into 8 to 10 balls. Roll balls into cabbage leaves. Put cabbage rolls on bottom of pan, cut 1 (1") cut on top of each roll. Pour sauce mix over top. Bake in Dutch oven at 200 degrees or on stove at medium for 1 1/2 hours.

I put one or two rolls and some sauce in a ziplock bag and freeze for quick meals.
