CHOCOLATE-BANANA PIE 
FILLING:

1 c. sugar
4 heaping tbsp. flour
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa (or more, to your taste)
Dash salt
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt; mix egg yolks and milk together, then add them to the dry mixture. Add vanilla. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. (If filling is thicker than you like, you can thin it with a little butter while still warm.) Let filling cool completely, stirring several times while cooling.

Slice 3 or 4 bananas and place them in the cooled crust. Pour cooled filling over bananas. Top with Cool Whip.
