1 lb. Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 c. orange juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine apples and orange juice in medium saucepan. Simmer, covered, until apples are barely tender. Stir in cranberry sauce, orange peel and cinnamon. Serve with poultry. Makes about 3 cups.
