CRUSHED PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
5 eggs, beaten
3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 c. ripe bananas

Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Combine all dry ingredients and slowly add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
