4 gallons sauce (about 2 lbs. flour)
3 lbs. mushrooms
2 turkeys (18-20 lbs.)
Celery
5 cans pimiento

Make gravy. Add mushrooms, turkey meat, celery and pimiento, all cut into small pieces. Keep warm over hot water as it mellows when standing.
