1 c. softened shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. honey
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped peanuts

In a mixing bowl cream together shortening, peanut butter, honey and eggs. Add brown sugar and cream together to well blend it. Add flour, salt and soda. Mix well. Add chopped peanuts. Scoop onto sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch the cookies very carefully. It has a lot of sugar in it and honey and it will darken fast if over cooked.
