1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts or dates
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cream butter, honey, and sugar together until light and fluffy; add well beaten egg. Add peanut butter, salt. Stir in flour and soda, sifted together. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients; form into small balls of dough. Place on a greased cookie sheet; press with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Yield 4 dozen.
