HAWAIIAN CHICKEN | |
3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice 1/3 c. ketchup 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) fryer, cut into pieces & skinned Combine first 10 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, basting occasionally. |
