HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 can beef broth or consomme
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar

Brown chops. Pour off fat. Cut off remaining fat on meat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 45 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed in 2 tablespoons water to skillet and stir until thick. Serve over rice. Recipe can be doubled.
