BROWNIES (MICROWAVE) 
2 squares or env., unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

In large bowl, melt chocolate and butter (2 squares = 2 minutes; 2 envelopes = 30 seconds). Then add sugar, then eggs. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and nuts until moistened. Spread in 8"x8" or 10"x6" glass baking dish. Cook, uncovered 5 minutes or until brownie is puffed and most of top is dry. Cool. Enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
