MY PAUL'S FAVORITE CHEESE DIP | |
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. cheddar cheese, cubed 1/2 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped 1/2 c. American cheese, cubed Mix together in double boiler, or microwave-safe bowl. Warm mixture until cheeses are completely melted. Can be served with chips or over vegetables. Also, 1/2 to 1 pound of cooked ground beef can be added. |
