3 LAYER DESSERT

CRUST:

1 stick melted butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and pat into 9"x13" pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

1ST LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix well and spread over crust.

2ND LAYER:

2 pkgs. instant pudding (butterscotch or flavor of your choice)
3 c. milk

Mix and pour over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip and toasted coconut or chocolate shavings.
