TACO BURGERS 
1 lb. extra lean beef
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 - 1 1/2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. chopped onion
Buns
Choice of taco toppings: Shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, sour cream, etc.

Brown beef until crumbly and drain all fat. Add tomatoes and mash well. Add onions and taco mix. Bring to a boil; then simmer 2 hours. To serve, spoon onto bun half. Add toppings and other bun half. Makes 8 servings. Easy to double.
