TENDER VENISON STEAKS 
Venison steaks
2 med. onions, diced
1 fresh garlic clove, minced
1 lg. green pepper, diced

Melt butter in fry pan. Put onions, peppers and garlic. Saute lightly. Put venison in brown meat; put water into pan about 1/4 of pan put lid on. Turn heat to medium-low and fry slowly. Keep adding water until done.
