TENDER ROUND STEAK 
1 round steak, cut in serving size
Flour
Salt
Pepper

Roll steak in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in electric skillet on 300 degrees. When browned, remove meat from skillet, stir about 3 tablespoons flour in oil. Add about 2 cups water; stir well. Add meat, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add more water if needed.

I was looking for something that would be fork tender without using mushroom soup. This recipe is great. We had mashed potatoes and the gravy it makes with it, so good.
