EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 pkg. German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Walnuts or Pecans, Chopped
1 box Confections Sugar
1 stick butter, Softened
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Best if prepared a day in advance.

Sprinkle coconut and nuts in greased 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter over the coconut nuts. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix confectioners sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla until well blended. Spoon over unbaked cake.

Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
