FIESTA STACK-UPS 
Meat Sauce:

4 lb. ground beef
3 large onions, chopped
2 (14.5 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato puree
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 tsp. salt
2 (23 oz.) cans ranch-style beans

Brown beef and onion; drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients except beans. Simmer, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours. Add beans and heat thoroughly. Serve buffet style in order listed. Be sure to use all ingredients. The sweet taste of the coconut and pecans really makes this special. This will serve 20 to 25 people who have enjoyed it before.
