GRAPE-NUT PUDDING 
3 c. scalded milk
1 c. grapenuts
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and salt. Pour on slowly, scalded milk, strain into buttered mold. Then stir in grapenuts. Bake in 350 degree oven. Stir in 20 minutes time. bake until firm, which may be determined by putting knife through pudding; if knife comes out clean, pudding is done.
