TEXAS HOT SAUCE 
2 lb. hamburger, browned & drained
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
3 med. size cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
2 sm. cans chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt or 1 clove
2 dashes cayenne pepper

Cook until thick.
