CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
6 to 8 ears of corn
Black pepper
1 tsp. vanilla

In bowl, cut corn from cobs, scrape cobs to get milky liquid out. Stir all ingredients into bowl with corn. Rub bottom and sides of pan with butter. Pour in corn mixture, dot top with butter. Bake in 325 degree oven until done.
