OPAL'S CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cocoa and water; cook until thick over low heat. Mix sugar, flour, soda and salt in mixer bowl. Then mix in buttermilk, oil, vanilla and eggs. Add cocoa and water that has been cooked, last.

Flour and grease Bundt pan. Do not spray with Pam. Bake 30 minutes or until done at 350 degrees.
