LEMON POUND CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix 1 (3 oz.) box instant lemon Jello pudding 3/4 c. Wesson oil 3/4 c. water 5 eggs, beaten in one at a time Beat well. Pour into tube pan well greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 45-50 minutes. Can use vanilla cake mix and vanilla pudding or chocolate cake and chocolate pudding. ICING: Juice of 2 lemons 2 c. 10X sugar Mix and pour over cake while hot. Or Melt 1/2 cup ready made frosting and drizzle over cooled cake. |
