2 c. chopped cooked chicken (or more, the more the better)
9 servings cooked UNCLE BEN'S® Rice
1 jar Kraft Sauceworks Sweet-n-Sour sauce
2 green onions
3 stalks of celery

Chop onions small and dice celery very small. Mix chicken, rice, onions and celery together. Stir in sweet-n-sour sauce until it coats everything. Serve hot or cold. To serve hot immediately, mix while rice is still hot.
