SPUMONI CAKE 
2 lg. containers of Cool Whip
1 devil's food cake mix, prepared and cut into layers (slice each round layer horizontally so you have 4 round layers)
Food coloring
Peppermint extract
Rum extract
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
Almond extract
Slivered almonds
2 tbsp. sifted cocoa
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

To Assemble: Mix 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon with 1/2 container Cool Whip. Spread on bottom layer of cake; top with next layer. Mix 1 teaspoon rum extract, yellow food coloring and 1/2 container Cool Whip; spread on cake.

Add next layer of cake. Mix 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract, red food coloring and 1/2 container Cool Whip; spread on cake. Add next layer of cake. Mix 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, green food coloring and 1/2 container Cool Whip. Spread on top layer. Sprinkle with almonds.
