STANDING RIB ROAST BEEF 
1 standing rib roast
Seasoning salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder

Rub roast well with seasonings; let stand at room temperature. Place in roasting pan with rib side down. Next day put in cold oven. Roast for 1 hour at 375 degrees, turn off oven until 1/2 hour before serving. Again turn oven to 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
