CHILI POT PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
2 cans pinto beans
Garlic
1 lb. American cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. corn chips

Brown ground beef. Add onion and garlic. Stir and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add enchilada sauce and stir well. Add pinto beans, mix well. Place half the meat mixture in glass casserole. Place half the cheese on top. Add half of corn chips. Repeat the layers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with additional corn chips.
