CHINESE CHICKEN 
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 whole chicken breast, boned & cut in thin strips
1 med. bell pepper, cut in strips
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 c. sliced almonds
Chinese noodles or rice

Place an 18 inch square of aluminum foil in bottom of pie pan. Combine flour, ginger, garlic salt, soy sauce and lemon juice in large bowl. Add chicken, green pepper, water chestnuts and pimentos. Toss lightly to coat all ingredients. Pour mixture into center of pie pan. Bring 4 corners of foil together into pyramid shape.

Squeeze foil ends together. Fold over ends to seal. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Carefully open foil; sprinkle almonds on top. Bake 5 minutes longer. Serve with Chinese noodles or rice.
