SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
6 med. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 - 3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 egg, beaten

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with marshmallows, bake 5 minutes more.
