GARDEN PASTA SALAD 
1 bag garden spirals
1 sm. red onion
1 yellow or red sweet pepper
4 med. size tomatoes
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. balsamic or 6 tbsp. cider vinegar
Dash of salt

Cook spirals; drain and cool. Chop onion, pepper, and tomatoes in small pieces. Combine all ingredients; toss and chill. Better if stands for a couple of hours first. Serve on a lettuce liner.
