1 box yellow cake mix
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Place the above ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Roll into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes about 12 dozen.
