STEAK FONDUE FOR SIX 
HEINZ SAUCE:

3/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Heinz 57 Sauce
2 tsp. A.1 steak sauce

DILL SAUCE:

1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried chives
1/4 tsp. dill
1 tsp. grated onion

MUSTARD SAUCE:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. hot mustard

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 sm. can beef gravy
1 tsp. grated onion
3 lg. mushrooms, chopped

For each sauce, mix all ingredients in a small bowl to serve.

3 lb. top sirloin steak
1 stick butter
24 oz. bottle peanut oil

Cut steak into bite size cubes and divide into 6 serving bowls. In a large saucepan combine peanut oil and butter. Heat in pan on stove until it starts to smoke. Pour into fondue pot carefully. Light sterno. Guests pierce meat with fondue forks, cook meat as desired in the pot, dip into various sauces and eat! Serve with crusty French or Italian bread, salad and red wine.
