CRANBERRY CHICKEN BUNDLES 
18 oz. frozen whole green beans
2 tbsp. butter
4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and split
16 slices (8 oz.) Provolone cheese
16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
Salt and pepper to season

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook green beans according to package directions; drain, toss with butter; set aside. Flatten breasts with rolling pin; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 2 slices of cheese on top of each breast. Place 1/2 cup green beans in center of each breast over the cheese.

Bring ends of chicken together and secure with a toothpick. Place breasts in a 9x13 inch baking pan; cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes uncover. Spoon cranberry sauce over top of chicken and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Remove toothpicks and serve. Makes 8 servings.
