SWEET POTATO BALLS 
1 (#2) can mashed sweet potatoes
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. sugar
12 sm. marshmallows
2 c. crushed Post Toasties
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix potatoes, butter, cinnamon, sugar, allspice and coconut. Chill for easy handling. Shape into 12 balls with a marshmallow inside each. Roll in crushed Post Toasties, then in chopped nuts. Space balls so they do not touch in a buttered shallow baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. A very nice attractive dish for a covered dish luncheon. Serves 12 to 15.
