RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
2 c. rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put rhubarb in 10 inch pie pan. With a fork or pastry blender, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and egg until crumbly. Pour into baking dish. Drizzle butter over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 minutes. Serves 8.
