GINGER CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chicken broth
3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/4 c. red onion, diced
8 oz. cooked macaroni
2 tbsp. slivered crystalized ginger
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. pepper
Fresh parsley
Peanuts

Put raisins into chicken broth. Let stand 5 minutes. Add and heat to serving temperature chicken and onion. Add macaroni.

Stir together remaining ingredients (except parsley and peanuts) and mix into chicken mixture. Just before serving add chopped parsley and peanuts.
