2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. season all salt
1 3/4 c. cold water

Combine all ingredients and coat fish.
