HEAVENLY JAM 
1 qt. whole strawberries, hulled and washed
1 (20 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
2-3 tbsp. grated orange peel
5 c. sugar

Crush berries slightly and measure 2 cups in a large kettle. Stir in pineapple, lemon juice, orange peel, and Sure-Jell. Bring to a boil, then add sugar.

Place over high heat and bring to a full, rolling boil. Boil hard one minute. Remove from heat. Stir and skim for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Pour into hot sterilized jelly jars. Seal with paraffin.
